## 6. Intellectual Property

6.1. **Ownership:** Teams retain full ownership of their films. However, by entering the Challenge, each team grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the film (in whole or in part) for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
