Crew Studio is proud to support the development of Marlow Film Studios, a project poised to significantly enhance the UK’s creative industry. As the planning appeal commences on January 21, 2025, we recognise the studio’s potential to generate over 4,000 jobs and contribute £3.5 billion to the local economy in its first decade. 

Beyond economic growth, Marlow Film Studios is committed to educational advancement. The establishment of an on-site Culture and Skills Academy will offer traineeships to at least 300 new entrants in the first five years, with a third of these opportunities reserved for local residents. This initiative aims to address the ‘youth flight’ in Buckinghamshire by providing local employment prospects, thereby encouraging young talent to remain in the area. 

Crew Studio plans to actively participate in and support these educational programs, fostering a new generation of creative professionals. We believe that Marlow Film Studios will not only bolster the UK’s position in global filmmaking but also serve as a hub for community engagement and skill development.
