Taz Ayoub is a Director, Writer, and Producer with two decades of experience in film production. He began his career in the script supervision department, having since produced on international features.

In addition to his work in film, Taz Ayoub has contributed to actor training programs, collaborating with institutions such as the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA) and operates in business consultancy across the Middle-East. His extensive experience in directing, acting and business development has made him a respected figure in the industry.

Tom brings an exceptional technical edge to Crew Studio. With a career spanning major film, TV, and live event productions, he has worked across cinematography, sound, and vision engineering at world-class venues like the Royal Albert Hall, Wembley Arena, and the O2. Tom’s work includes productions for Netflix (Peaky Blinders, My Oxford Year), BBC Studios (Home – Africa), and Live Events (Jacob Collier, Lindsey Stirling, Green Day, Bryan Adams).

Tom has worked across both live outside broadcasts and independent films, whilst bringing a diverse skillset for more challenging productions as qualified paddlesports coach and water safety expert; his marine safety experience on major productions ensures high-level safety and precision on set.
